Jason Parker

Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

Jason has 12 years of experience in hospitality and food and beverage management in both public and private companies with an extensive background in all facets of food and beverage supporting multiple business units in multiple locations, including budgeting and cost control, profit and growth strategies, payroll / P&L management, strategic marketing and sales, full-cycle front and back of the house operations in both restaurant and catering, menu development, vendor management and safety, sanitation, quality controls.

Patrick Cole

Executive Chef

Chef Patrick brings a wealth of passion and culinary knowledge to the Alamodome. He is excited to lead the culinary team here in providing fresh and innovative cuisine, while staying true to the rich flavors of the San Antonio culture.

Patrick brings with him over a decade of experience in the large scale arena/stadium environment. Starting his career in Houston at the Toyota Center where he learned the fundamentals of Concessions and Banquet Services. He then moved on to Oklahoma City where he oversaw the suites and catering production. His most recent journey brought him to San Antonio at the AT&T Center. He was responsible for the premium foods which included production of the newly renovated club.

Throughout his career, Patrick has supported numerous venues throughout the nation, these include: NASCAR at Texas Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway; NBA Finals in Oklahoma City and San Antonio; US Open at the Billie Jean King Memorial Stadium in Flushing Meadows, New York; PGA Championship at Valhalla Country Club in Louisville Kentucky and Whistling Straights Golf Course in Sheboygan Wisconsin; Ryder Cup Championship at Medinah Country Club in Chicago IL; Texas A&M football and baseball in College Station, Texas. He has had the pleasure of preparing food for three presidents and many other government officials.  He also worked one summer running the chef’s table restaurant Mirabelle at Ravinia Amphitheater, home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

His travels have filled him with numerous best practices, and techniques that he is eager to share with his team members and colleagues here in San Antonio. As the Executive Chef for the Alamodome, he is dedicated to bringing the absolute best fan experience to the guests and the Alamodome Family.

Wade Dauner

Director of Finance

Wade Dauner, Director of Finance, has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting management.  The majority of his experience is in facility management and maintenance services, but also encompasses manufacturing, construction and catering.  He graduated with a B.A. in business from Lake Forest College in 1987, and is currently enrolled at UTSA to upgrade his education.  He is originally from the Chicago area, is married with one child, and has resided in San Antonio for 15 years.

JJ De La Rosa

Accounting Manager

JJ was born and raised in San Antonio. JJ began her career in Game Operations for Spurs Sports & Entertainment and later became the Director of Game Operation for the San Antonio Talons before she started working in Food & Beverage with Aramark in the Accounting Department. JJ joined Savor in March of 2016 as the Accounting Manager. JJ is in charge of accounts payable and many other accounting duties, she also oversees all merchandise sales for Savor. JJ is a huge Spurs and New York Yankees fan, who also enjoys playing softball and basketball.

Joseph Demma

Assistant Concessions Manager

Joseph Demma is from from San Jose, California. After attending community college, he decided to continue his collegiate career at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas; where he received a degree in Sport Management with an emphasis in both management and marketing. While in college, he worked as an assistant manager at a movie theater. After graduating, he took a job with Legends Hospitality as a concessions supervisor at Sporting Park which was home to Sporting Kansas City, a professional soccer team. While working with Legends, a job opportunity as an Assistant Concessions Manager became open with SAVOR at the Alamodome and he jumped at the chance and joined our company.

Vanessa Perez is no stranger to the hospitality business having spent over 8 years as a Front Desk Manager, Administrative Assistant and a Staffing Coordinator where she maintains staffing operations across the board, recruits employees, coordinates staff to meet organization requirements, maintains schedules for staff and non-profit organizations, and provides customer service and clerical support.
